Wholesale

Full trucks, empty inbox.

Customer-specific pricing, a portal they actually use, live stock on every run, and re-order invitations on autopilot. Distribution admin, handled.

A wholesale order’s journey: portal → inbox → approve → print → synced to Xero.

The wholesale admin problem, named

Wholesale distribution runs on relationships and rhythm — and drowns in the admin between them: orders arriving as texts and voice messages, prices that vary by customer and live in someone’s head, stock that was there yesterday, and a Monday morning spent typing the week’s orders into three different places.

BSimple restructures the whole day around one pipeline:

Customers order themselves

Unique portal links with their own products, pricing and history — checked against live stock at the moment of ordering. Phone-tag and transcription disappear.

You invite the re-order

Tags by buying pattern, region or order day; scheduled SMS and email sequences do the asking. The book fills before you chase it.

Everything lands in one inbox

Portal, POS and manual orders — stock-checked, ready to approve in a batch, print pick slips, and invoice.

The books stay in step

Approved invoices sync to Xero or MYOB. AR aging shows who owes what, by age band, without an export.

1,000–3,000 orders/month

Plans are sized by order volume: Starter 1,000, Professional 2,000, Organisation 3,000 included monthly orders — extras at $0.04 each, ex GST.

Questions

Wholesale FAQs

How does customer-specific pricing work?

Each customer carries their own products and pricing. Their portal shows exactly their list at exactly their rates — wholesale tiers and special arrangements are native, not workarounds.

What is a unique-link ordering portal?

Each customer gets a link that opens their ordering page directly — their catalogue, their prices, their history. No accounts, no passwords, nothing to reset. See the customer ordering portal.

How do I keep standing customers ordering?

Automated invitations: tags group customers by buying pattern, region or order day, and scheduled SMS/email sequences invite the next order. Email is free; SMS is $0.20 per segment — see campaigns.

Can drivers and counter staff use it too?

Yes — the POS barcode screen handles counter and van sales, checking live stock and landing orders in the same pipeline as portal orders.

Does it sync with Xero?

Yes — approved invoices sync to Xero (or MYOB) GST-correct. Receivables live in your accounting package; AR aging keeps the follow-up list honest.
