Why the Xero handshake matters so much
Most “integrations” are CSV exports with good manners. BSimple’s Xero integration is a design principle: the operational system and the accounting system share a boundary that data crosses automatically, in one direction, fully formed. It is the same “Slicing”-era thinking that shaped the platform — clean separation, clean handoffs.

What exactly syncs to Xero?
Approved invoices sync from BSimple to Xero, GST-correct, ready for invoicing and reconciliation from your accounting package. The flagship BSimple flow deliberately ends at “synced to Xero” — invoice emailing happens from the accounting side.
Does anyone have to re-type order lines into Xero?
No — that is the point. The order is typed once (by your customer, on their portal, usually) and travels through approval to Xero untouched.
Does BSimple work with MYOB and Shopify too?
Yes — MYOB for accounting and Shopify for ecommerce sync are included, alongside Xero. Custom integrations with other external software are available on Professional and Organisation plans.
