Where do BSimple orders come from?
Three main doors: the customer ordering portal (unique links, no passwords), the POS barcode screen at the counter, and direct entry for phone or email orders. All of them land in the same Orders inbox, checked against live stock.
What happens after an order is approved?
Approved orders flow to picking and printing — pick slips, then invoices. Batch approval means you can tick a stack of invoices and approve them in one pass.
Does the order sync to my accounting software?
Yes — approved invoices sync to Xero (and MYOB is supported), so the books stay in step without anyone re-typing line items.
Can customers re-order the same things easily?
Yes — each customer’s portal shows their own order history, and automated SMS and email invitations bring them back to re-order on a rhythm you set.
