Yes — Xero integration is included on every plan. Approved invoices in BSimple sync across to Xero, so invoicing and reconciliation happen from your accounting package, not from a spreadsheet.

No. Each customer gets a unique ordering link with their own products, pricing and history. No passwords for them to forget, nothing for them to install.
